Refunds, Delivery and Returns

Harpalion Spirits Ltd wants all customers to be 100% fully happy with their order and we strive to ensure that all products supplied to all customers arrive at their destination in perfect condition. If you have received your order and are unhappy with any of the products ordered, we will happily refund the full value of any product(s) purchased.

In order to ensure that products are received in perfect condition and your returns can be processed quickly the following conditions must be met;

  1. You must inform us of your intention to return the products within 5 days from the date of your order being delivered. Please do this by contacting theteam@cabalrum.com
  2. Please return any items with a note inside including the name, order number, reason(s) for returning the items and postcode of the original order.
  3. Please ensure to pack and seal your return securely in the original packaging to prevent possible damage while in transit.
  4. Fix your return shipping label to the packaging. Make sure no other address labels are shown.
  5. Photographic evidence is required by our carrier company if an item has been damaged during transit. Please send all photographic evidence to theteam@cabalrum.com
  6. Products that have been opened cannot be returned.

Please note the cost and risk of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where goods are faulty, in which case the cost of return postage will be reimbursed to the customer, and a proof of delivery service must be used.

If you wish to return products which are not faulty or to amend your order, you are able to do so if you have not received an email from us confirming that your order has been processed, please contact us on: theteam@cabalrum.com

Order Cancellations:

Customers who have purchased Cabal directly from our website have the right to cancel their order at any time, up to fourteen days from the date of the order being placed, unless the order includes products that have been personalised or where we have specified the products as being non-returnable.

To cancel your order, you must inform us in writing at the address above before the expiry of the cancellation period. We retain the right to arrange for collection of the product(s) at your cost in the event that you have not returned the product(s) within 30 days of your notice of cancellation.
